In today's world of online advertising and sales it is more important than ever for a broker to show his or her property in the best possible light. More and more buyers are using the internet in order to search for homes that may suit their needs and many potential buyers will easily dismiss homes that are either lacking photos or that display photos of poor quality. Our mission is to provide professional quality photographs at an affordable price. My knowledge of digital photography and Photoshop allow me to photograph homes without the use of an elaborate and expensive lighting set up, yet still offer the highest quality professional results. This allows me to offer my services at an affordable price and allows those agents who may have considered the use of a professional photographer too expensive, the opportunity to present their listings in a professional manner.

Residential Photography services are $100 per home and usually take less than an hour to photograph. Prices may increase based on the size and scope of the project. Photographs will be delivered through email or on a CD-ROM and can usually be provided same day.

Commercial Photography services are priced based on the size and scope of each individual project. Photographs will be delivered through email or on a CD-ROM.
